By accessing or using Pulse, you affirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

2. Eligibility

You represent that you are at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction. You may not use the Service if you are prohibited under any applicable laws from doing so.

3. Description of Service

Pulse is a SaaS platform designed to provide real-time analytics of social media activity—primarily on X (formerly Twitter)—to support data-driven decisions by Web3 project founders and teams. The platform uses AI technologies to process public data for metrics such as engagement trends, emotional tone, influencer mapping, and sentiment analysis.

While the information provided may inform marketing, communications, and business strategies, Pulse does not provide financial, legal, or investment advice.

4. License to Use

AtomBots Inc. grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use Pulse for internal business or research purposes only. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

You agree not to:

Replicate or clone the Service
Circumvent access restrictions or authentication measures
Mine or scrape data for commercial resale
Modify, publish, or distribute derived works from any Pulse output without permission

5. Account Registration

Certain features may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts suspected of violating these Terms or engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized behavior.

6. Data Use and Privacy

Pulse processes publicly available content from X (formerly Twitter) and other public-facing platforms. The Service does not access private data, and all data is used in accordance with applicable platform terms and privacy laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, software, and tools on Pulse are proprietary to AtomBots Inc. You acknowledge that:

You do not acquire ownership rights through use
You will not attempt to extract source code, reverse engineer, or replicate the service
Any feedback or suggestions may be used by AtomBots Inc. without restriction

8. Disclaimers

Pulse is provided "as-is" and "as-available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:

Accuracy of sentiment or trend data
Platform availability or uptime
Future performance predictions based on analytical output

You use the platform at your own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AtomBots Inc. shall not be liable for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Business losses or lost profits
Errors in sentiment or AI-based interpretations
Downtime, data loss, or unauthorized access

Total liability is limited to the amount you paid for using the Service in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to liability.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of Pulse constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
